Hemp seed oil is considered to be one of the healthiest omega fatty acid oil superfoods on the planet. It contains an optimal ratio of omega 3 to 6 fatty acids, at a 1:3 synergy. This is shown to promote heart and brain functions. Essential fatty acids are key for our bodies auto-immune and anti-inflammatory functions also. In addition, the oil in water soluble form is over 5 times as strong as regular oil [Yin et., 2017].

If the concentrate is added to coffee or tea the heat will not affect the integrity of the concentrate, as it would with standard hemp seed oil.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Mix 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of concentrate once to twice daily into your beverage or food of choice
