Largest off-leash dog parks in Brisbane: 

Downfall Creek – 4 hectares of trees and grass that backs onto a creek. This off leash dog park has picnic shelters for owners and no fences, to let dogs enjoy the open space. Located in Geebung.  

Kroll Gardens – 5 Hectares of park lands located on the Redcliffe Peninsula. The park includes park benches, obstacle course of ramps, tyres, cement tunnel and the perfect ‘fetch’ open field location is situated in the middle of the park.  

An off leash dog park that is worth a weekend day trip for: 

Schuster Park – The gem in the off leash dog park crown, this large park lands includes endless grassy fields, a saltwater creek, a small sandy (on-leash) beach, picnic area, BBQ and playground. A great opportunity for a Sunday day trip as it is located in Tallebudgera on the Gold Coast.  Fun fact – The park has lots of koalas!
